We are seeking a Smart-Device Advisor to join our team!  As a Smart-Device Advisor with Repair Wireless, your job will entail performing customer service responsibilities for new and existing retail clients. This includes meeting client needs and finding profitable solutions to their stated or implied problems. Successfully sell our products which include, phones, phone plans, accessories and device repair.


Responsibilities:

- Checking out/in repair clients

- Answering incoming phone calls

- Placing outgoing phone calls

- Selling store merchandise (e.g.Tablets, Phones, Accessories)

- Activating new devices and prepaid plans

- Maintaining a clean and professional work area

- Stocking and maintaining retail inventory

- Repair diagnostics and troubleshooting on basic devices

- Meeting company sales goals


General Requirements:

- Outstanding customer service skills

- Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills

- Exceptional organizational skills
